Gentle Morning Yoga

A Gentle yoga class for awakening your physical nature. Class includes gentle movement, breathing, and sometimes includes mantra or sounds to awaken your awareness. Adaptations for physical limitations are offered upon request.

Yoga Therapy and Coaching

Meet with a certified yoga therapist to discuss health concerns including muscular physical discomfort of imbalance, energetic issues related to anxiety or depression, breathing issues, or spiritual exploration. We can work together to develop a personal practice that can help you find balance and wellbeing. I like to approach health in a very practical way in that a personal practice fits the person and helps them be more productive and well balanced in their daily life. A personal practice can range from 5 minutes to 1 hour but most importantly, it is what it needs to be for where you are right now. My job is to help you see yourself as you truly are and find beauty and peace in that you that might have been hidden under layers of life experience.

Private Yoga Class

Meet with me for a private yoga class. This is appropriate for people suffering from physical or emotional imbalance that requires individualized attention. Together, we will guide you back to health and well being. The class is one hour and includes breathing, movement, and a short meditative reflection.

Functional Movement

Join Tamara for one hour of functional movement. Light weights are optional. Movement is fun and spontaneous and meant to move and tone your whole body. Movements are simple and even a beginner can enjoy the class. Some movements may result in an elevated heart rate for short periods of time and will be balanced with appropriate resting movements. Please consult your doctor to make sure this is appropriate for your body.
