
Meet with a certified yoga therapist to discuss health concerns including muscular physical discomfort of imbalance, energetic issues related to anxiety or depression, breathing issues, or spiritual exploration. We can work together to develop a personal practice that can help you find balance and wellbeing. I like to approach health in a very practical way in that a personal practice fits the person and helps them be more productive and well balanced in their daily life. A personal practice can range from 5 minutes to 1 hour but most importantly, it is what it needs to be for where you are right now. My job is to help you see yourself as you truly are and find beauty and peace in that you that might have been hidden under layers of life experience.
